It really just works

Why only an iPad version?

I was excited to see this app, but I cannot use it, as I own an iPhone and not an iPad. Why not make this available to iPhone and iPod users as well? Surely that would make sense!!!

Brilliant!

Extremely nice of a 3G service provider to create such an app. It makes managing my data a breeze. When my data is expired,it seems I can buy a bundle via the app, hopefully it is better than the website, where I need to first buy airtime and then buy data from this airtime. If I can buy the data directly, it will be a total pleasure!

About time

Quick view data usage. I have multiple apple devices using 8ta SIM cards. It would be nice to see them all there at the same time and to be able to top them all up from one place. Like the linked account option on the web interface.

Very limited

Not the most useful app, only works on 3G. Would have thought that the self service login would have been an option.... Guess not.

This app is stupid. Does not work with iPad wifi

Please, please change the app so that it works over wifi as well, i connect via a 3G router. If you can add the extra functionality, Itll be a very dandy app indeed

The 8.ta SIM needs to be in the device? Really... Why bother telling us there is an App. Back to html then to check the balance...

Why does this app require my sim to be in it? I use a 3G router, and my dongle is connected to that - so does that mean I cannot use this app to do anything? Why not just let me sign in on any Internet network and get the required information? Very poor design, a potentially useful app made useless by bad decisions.

It works but...

It works fine but the problem is at times it doesnt work like when I activate the app it shows a white background and pink dot so I have to restart app again,this honestly gets annoying another thing is at times it says oops no were confused and I have to wait a while or even a few hours before checking the app Update and fix thus 8ta Another thing is it doesnt always refresh my balance

Wifi not supported

Why cant it work over wifi with my router ...? While you can goto the there website and click on network ..? Should be easy to have it work the same way for the app...?

Worst App ever

App does not work period! There has been no update or no attempt to make it work. It is downright useless!

Doesnt work

App asks to turn off wifi, after doing so it then says oops we have an issue. Rubbish app. Telkom should ask the developer for their money back

You still cant use it with Wifi and the settings explanations arent even iOS 7 !! I am VERY disappointed!!

The problem started ever since upgrading to IOS 7. I cant check my balances or purchase bundles which is very frustrating. Please fix asap.

Good app, but needs to show voice and SMS balances as well

Non functional

App doesnt even open on iPhone 5s with newest iOS. Please fix ASAP.
